What an honor it was to have worked with the Madison Square Garden company for the second year in a row training more than 4,000 managers, team members, and supervisors at Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theater, Chicago Theater, LA Forum and Madison Square Garden, “the world’s most famous arena.”
What an incredible company and their culture of hospitality, as it pertains to the guest experience, at all of their entertainment venues. The training was a combination of lecture, role play and group activity on guest experiences for the team members; and leadership and conflict resolution for the managers.
I was personally giddy to be able to train in all of these iconic venues.
