Last month, Kelley Jones served as the Emcee of the very first Absolute Chef Challenge in Nashville, Tennessee. This event fuses music, charity, cocktails and some of Nashville’s best cuisine curators into an evening of fun and fabulous food!
Guests of the event served as judges, tasting their way through a variety of delicious dishes. In the end, the title of Nashville’s Absolute Chef was given to Chef Chris Futrell of Music City Tippler. Chef Carlos Davis and Chef Debbie Sutton were also named winners in the Best Entrée and Best Dessert categories, respectively.
Congratulations to all the participants and guests! We had a fabulous time and we’re looking forward to the next Challenge in Philadelphia in September. Kelley Jones will also serve as Emcee at the remaining Absolute Chef’s Challenges, held in ten cities throughout the next 12 months. At the conclusion, each city’s winner will participate in the National Cook-Off at the end of 2015.
