"Kelley Jones and his team have changed not only our restaurant, but our lives as well. When he came in to meet with us, he let us know who he was before what he wanted to do. He gained our trust and respect by forming relationships with each and every one of us at the restaurant, and shared stories of himself and how he got to where he is now. It was awesome to be able to relate to someone and not have them immediately come in and make changes that we had no attachment to. He taught everyone what to do, and what not to do, and he's super patient along the way. He recognizes each team member's strengths and plays to them. He and his team do not micro-manage...a trait that I've seen many others get caught up in. Instead, he tells us what needs to be done, and let's us flourish. He really brings about a sense of confidence for everybody. He understands different personalities, and has amazing charisma skills to combat any problem that arises.
